General Questions
What is SuperSense?
SuperSense is an AI-powered WordPress plugin that automates content creation and publishing. It generates unique, SEO-optimized articles from your keywords and can publish them automatically on a schedule.
How does the AI content generation work?
SuperSense uses advanced language models to analyze your keywords and generate relevant, well-structured content. The AI understands context, creates natural-sounding text, and follows your template structure for consistent formatting.
Is the content unique?
Yes. Each piece of content is generated uniquely for your keyword. The AI doesn't copy from existing sources—it creates original content based on its understanding of the topic.
What languages are supported?
SuperSense supports 50+ languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, and many more. Set your preferred language in project settings.
Licensing & Pricing
How does licensing work?
Each license key allows activation on a specific number of sites. You can manage your active sites from your SuperSense account dashboard. Deactivate sites you're no longer using to free up slots.
Can I transfer my license to another site?
Yes. Deactivate the license on your old site, then activate it on your new site. This can be done from your SuperSense account or within the plugin settings.
What happens when my license expires?
When your license expires:
- Existing content remains unaffected
- Content generation stops working
- Auto-posting pauses
- Plugin settings are preserved
Renew your license to resume functionality.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new purchases. Contact support@supersense.pro if you're not satisfied.
Installation & Setup
What are the minimum requirements?
- PHP 8.0 or higher
- WordPress 6.2 or higher
- 256MB PHP memory limit (recommended)
- Active internet connection
Does it work with WordPress multisite?
Yes. SuperSense can be network-activated or activated per-site. Each site maintains its own data and may require its own license activation depending on your plan.
Will it conflict with my other plugins?
SuperSense is designed to work alongside most WordPress plugins. Conflicts are rare, but if you experience issues, try deactivating other plugins temporarily to identify conflicts.
How do I update the plugin?
If installed from WordPress.org, updates appear automatically in your WordPress admin. For premium versions, download the latest version from your account and upload it.
Content Generation
How long does generation take?
Typically 30-60 seconds per post, depending on content length, number of images, and server resources. Complex templates or slow connections may take longer.
Can I edit generated content?
Absolutely. Generated content can be edited like any WordPress post. We recommend reviewing and editing content, especially when first setting up, to ensure quality meets your standards.
How many posts can I generate?
There's no hard limit on post generation. However, consider:
- API rate limits on your plan
- Server resources
- Quality review capacity
- SEO best practices for publishing frequency
What if I don't like the generated content?
You can:
- Edit the content manually
- Regenerate with the same keyword
- Improve your keyword specificity
- Adjust your templates
- Use the draft workflow to review before publishing
Does it work for any niche?
SuperSense works for most content niches. It excels at:
- Informational content
- How-to guides
- Product comparisons
- General knowledge articles
It may be less suitable for highly technical, medical, legal, or real-time news content that requires verified expertise.
Templates
What are templates used for?
Templates control the structure and format of generated content. They define sections, headings, and where AI content appears. This ensures consistency across all your posts.
What is spintax?
Spintax (spin syntax) creates variation in your content:
[This|That|The] article covers [topic|subject|theme].
One option from each bracket is randomly selected during generation, creating unique variations.
Can I create multiple templates?
Yes. Create different templates for different content types (guides, reviews, listicles) and assign them to different projects or posts.
Images
Where do images come from?
SuperSense sources images from configured providers including web search, stock photo sites (with API keys), and custom domains you specify.
Are the images free to use?
This depends on the image source. Configure your image sources to use royalty-free or Creative Commons licensed images. SuperSense doesn't guarantee image licensing—verify sources meet your requirements.
Can I use my own images?
Currently, SuperSense sources images automatically based on keywords. For specific images, you can manually replace images after generation.
How many images per post?
Configurable from 0 to 10+ images per post. We recommend 3-5 images for most blog posts—enough for visual interest without slowing page load.
Auto-Posting
Is auto-posting reliable?
When properly configured with system cron (recommended), auto-posting is highly reliable. Using default WordPress cron depends on site traffic and may be less consistent.
Can I schedule specific times?
Auto-posting uses intervals (every X minutes) rather than specific times. You can set business hours restrictions and configure randomization for natural timing variation.
What if I run out of keywords?
Auto-posting pauses when no pending keywords are available. Add more keywords to resume. Configure notifications to alert you when keyword supply is low.
Can I pause auto-posting temporarily?
Yes. Disable auto-posting globally or per-project in settings. Your queue and configuration are preserved for when you resume.
SEO & Quality
Is the content SEO-friendly?
SuperSense generates well-structured content with proper headings, natural keyword inclusion, and formatting that search engines favor. Combined with good keywords and templates, content can rank well.
Will search engines penalize AI content?
Search engines evaluate content on quality and value to users, not how it was created. High-quality, unique, helpful content—whether human or AI-written—can rank well. Low-quality, spammy content will be penalized regardless of origin.
How do I ensure content quality?
Best practices:
- Use specific, researched keywords
- Create thoughtful templates
- Review content before publishing
- Monitor analytics for feedback
- Iterate based on performance
Should I disclose AI content?
Disclosure policies vary by jurisdiction and platform. Consider your audience expectations and any applicable regulations. Many publishers successfully use AI-assisted content without disclosure, while others prefer transparency.
Technical
Does it require coding knowledge?
No. SuperSense is designed for non-technical users. All features are accessible through the WordPress admin interface. Advanced users can use WP-CLI commands and hooks if desired.
Is my data secure?
SuperSense processes keywords through secure API connections. Content is generated on our servers and delivered to your site. We don't store your generated content—it goes directly to your WordPress database.
Does it slow down my site?
SuperSense only runs during content generation and admin access. It doesn't affect frontend performance. Generated posts are standard WordPress posts with no runtime overhead.
Can I use it on staging sites?
Yes. Use a separate license activation slot or deactivate from production when testing on staging. Some plans include staging site allowances.
