Create powerful, reusable templates that control how your content is structured and formatted.

Project-Level

Override the default by selecting templates in project settings:

  1. Open project settings
  2. Navigate to Templates section
  3. Select templates for Post, Attachment, and Caption
  4. Save project

Priority Order

Project Template → Global Default → System Default

Template Testing

Before deploying a new template:

Preview Mode

Review Output

Check formatting, variable replacement, and spintax.

Refine

Adjust template based on output quality.

Deploy

Assign to production projects.

Common Issues

Variable Not Replaced

Problem: {{keyword}} appears literally in output

Solutions:

  • Check variable spelling (case-sensitive)
  • Ensure no extra spaces inside brackets
  • Verify variable is supported

Broken Formatting

Problem: Output has unexpected line breaks or formatting

Solutions:

  • Check for hidden characters
  • Ensure proper Markdown syntax
  • Test in preview before saving

Spintax Not Working

Problem: All options appear instead of one being selected

Solutions:

  • Use square brackets [] not parentheses
  • Separate options with pipe |
  • Check for nested bracket issues
Pro Tip: Create template variations for different content types—short posts, long guides, listicles, etc.—and match templates to keyword intent.
